This panel discussed how the partnership model operated during the latest humanitarian crisis in Jordan, Ethiopia and Philippines. The panel focused specifically on the key elements of a successful partnership, the challenges encountered and how these have been overcome.

In light of these case studies, the panel also tried to identify whether and how power relations between INGOs and NGOs have influenced the partnership and to what extent North/South NGO partnership has improved the effectiveness, connectedness and accountability of humanitarian action.
