Evaluation of the month: Check out CRS' lessons learned on measuring results at agency level

Although not an evaluation per se, we thought you'd find this paper published in the Journal of Multidisciplinary Evaluation useful as it addresses the challenges when developing and measuring results at agency level – an area often overlooked by NGOs, which tend to be more successful on this at a programme or project level. 

The paper presents one of the first country studies of a successful agency-level measurement (ALM) system for a Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS’) initiative.
